Functional Fitness

Der Andrang war groß, daher haben wir gleich zwei Termine bei Functional Fitness ausgeschrieben. Am 17. Mai und am 23. Mai waren insgesamt 30 Mitglieder sportlich Aktiv. Bei einem gerühten Training durch Viktoria Binder wurde zuerst aufgewärmt und mobilisiert und anschließend diverse Übungen in einen Zirkel durchgeführt!
